After going through my own personal struggles, I decided I wanted to help others. I determined the best way to do that is to share my story with other people that might be struggling like I was.

Everyone should have a plan to focus on their stress recovery to achieve balance. My personal story of how living with unbalanced stress, combined with my genetics, nearly ended my life prematurely. I then redefine stress and offer a completely new perspective on it.

Audience
